About me

I am Manuela Grillo, a Psychological Consultant (Counselor) trained in Humanistic Counseling at Holos Sánchez Bodas (San Isidro, Buenos Aires), a person-centered approach that values empathetic listening, respect for uniqueness and a deep understanding of each individual's inner world.

I complemented my training with studies in Anxiety Disorders and in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills training at Fundación Foro (Buenos Aires).

This integration allows me to work more precisely on aspects such as emotional regulation, automatic thoughts, anxiety management, self-demand, and strengthening self-esteem.

This is how my approach to Integral Counseling was born: Humanism + CBT tools, which combine human support with concrete, evidence-based strategies.

I specialize in anxiety, grief, emotional dependency, conflictive relationships, self-esteem, work stress, life transitions, and making significant decisions.

In addition, I have over 20 years of experience in positions of responsibility within renowned national and international companies, including roles at The Walt Disney Company Latin America and IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones, among others.

This professional journey also allows me to support processes related to the working life of my clients, such as interpersonal conflicts, stagnation, role changes, emotional exhaustion, adaptation to new teams, and clarity in professional development.

I work online, promoting safe spaces for reflection, self-knowledge, and genuine transformation.

My mission is to offer a humane, caring and professional space that facilitates emotional well-being, inner clarity and a more conscious life.
